- Single-sided political campaign banners are printed on durable 13 oz scrim banner vinyl. It's lightweight yet durable and boasts a great printing surface.
- Double-sided political campaign banners are printed on premium 15 oz blockout vinyl. Blockout vinyl is opaque and blocks light.
For the best quality and highest durability, we weld the edges of our custom political banners. Welded edges protect the material from fraying and extend the life of your banner.
We also include free grommets every 2' for easy hanging and display. If you want to use your political campaign banner with a pole or rod, select the "pole pockets" finishing option available in top-only or top-and-bottom styles.
Our custom political banners are resistant to rain, wind and sunlight, so you can use them both indoors and outside. If you plan on displaying your political banner outdoors where it can be exposed to wind, we recommend adding wind slits to reduce the amount of stress placed on the banner and increase its lifespan by allowing air to pass through. Or, you may wish to use a mesh banner instead.

What Are Pole Pockets?
Pole pockets are created by folding an extra length of vinyl over itself on the sides of each banner, allowing poles to be inserted through the seams for display. Pole pockets are needed for lightweight political banner designs as well as backdrop banners placed on telescopic stands. Our standard pole pockets are 2". If you need a different size pole pocket, please specify this on the checkout page.
Can I Display Political Banners Outdoors?
Yes, all of our political campaign banners are printed on durable outdoor vinyl and can withstand exposure to rain and sunlight. Avoid extreme conditions to prevent damage. The normal lifespan for a political campaign banner is two years.
What Are the Most Common Sizes for Political Banner Designs?
While there's technically no industry standard for vinyl banners, 6' x 3' is the most common size for custom political banners because it fits a standard 6' table and has a 1:2 ratio. Other popular sizes include:
