Is your artwork print-ready?

Use this quick reminder list to catch common artwork issues before uploading.

✓ PDF file preferredExport a high-quality or press-quality PDF whenever possible.

✓ Correct finished sizeConfirm the document dimensions match the size you intend to order.

✓ Bleed is includedExtend artwork 0.125" beyond every edge that prints to the trim.

✓ Text is inside the safe areaKeep important text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line.

✓ Images are high resolutionUse images at approximately 300 DPI at their final printed size.

✓ Colors are set for printUse CMYK colors and verify any required Pantone or spot colors.

✓ Fonts are embeddedEmbed all fonts in the PDF or convert them to outlines before exporting.

✓ Everything is finalProofread names, dates, phone numbers and page order before uploading.
