There are a few ways to send files. If you’re ordering online, you can attach your artwork directly on the product page. Or, you can send your artwork through the Send Files page. Alternatively, for smaller files, you can email it directly to your account manager. We request print-ready PDFs for all orders.

Yes, it’s possible to print items that don’t fit the “standard” sizes or options listed on our website. Doing so, however, will mean the cost needs to be calculated specifically for your order. You’ll need to contact your account manager to get a custom quote for your desired size.
Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Shipping. Shipping times are relevant to location, with most orders taking 3-5 business days for delivery AFTER production is complete. Printing turnaround time varies by product and quantity and is listed on each product page.
We accept all major credit cards or a business check. We require payment in full at order entry unless credit terms have been granted. Credit terms are available to our customers with an established work history and an approved credit application.
