Our retractable banners are crafted from high-quality PET vinyl, a durable material specifically chosen for
its compatibility with retractable systems. Unlike traditional scrim vinyl, PET offers a smooth, no-curl

Why are roll-up banners only printed on one side?

What's the most common retractable banner size?
At U.S. Press, we offer three popular retractable banner sizes: 33" x 78", 45" x 78", and 57" x 78". The 33"
x 78" banner is the most commonly selected size, providing a balanced, compact display ideal for trade
shows, retail, and lobby setups. Many customers picture this size when thinking of retractable or roll-up
banners. For broader displays, the 47" x 78" and 57" x 78" sizes are perfect for maximum visual impact in
larger event spaces.
How should I care for my pull-up banner?
To keep your roll-up banner in excellent condition, handle it with care when setting up and storing it as
the retracting mechanism is delicate. Slowly pull the banner up from the base and carefully attach it to the
support pole. Ensure the pole is properly secured at both the base and top of the banner. When taking it
down, avoid letting the banner snap back into the base, as this can permanently damage the retraction
mechanism. Proper handling will extend the life of your retractable banner, keeping it ready for repeated

Can I order just a stand without the banner?

At this time, we only offer retractable banner printing as a complete unit, including both the roll-up
banner and the stand to ensure optimal fit and function. This approach guarantees that the custom-printed
pull-up banner is perfectly fitted for our stand.
How much does the storage case cost?
The storage case for your custom printed retractable banner is included at no extra charge! This convenient
zippered case makes transporting your pull-up banner easy and keeps it protected between events. For added
impact, consider upgrading your display with an external attachable LED light to enhance visibility and draw
more attention to your custom banner.
Can retractable banners be used outdoors?
Roll-up banners are designed for indoor use only, as outdoor conditions—such as wind, rain, and sun—can
damage the banner material and retraction mechanism. For maximum durability and to maintain a polished look,
it’s best to display our retractable banners in indoor environments like trade shows, retail stores, or
conference venues. If you need a display for outdoor use, consider a mesh banner or feather flags which are specifically designed
for weather resistance.
