The 4" x 6" postcard is the most popular size for bulk direct mail — and for good reason. It's the most affordable postcard to print and qualifies for the lowest available First Class postage rates, making it the go-to choice for businesses looking to maximize reach while keeping costs low.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Minimum order of 100 postcards — bulk pricing starts at 100 pieces, with your cost per card dropping significantly as quantity increases.

• Not EDDM eligible — the 4" x 6" does not meet the minimum size requirements for Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). If you're planning an EDDM campaign, you'll need to select a larger size.

• Bulk printing saves more — ordering in larger quantities means a lower cost per piece, less frequent reorders, and more flexibility to run multiple mailings or A/B test different designs without blowing your budget.
