Job Description
As a full-service printing company, U.S. Press is seeking
motivated bindery/post-press operators. Our post-press operators
are responsible for the operation and maintenance of binding
and finishing equipment. Prior experience in the printing
industry is preferred, but not required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Read and understand job tickets
- Verify all specifications of the order and tasks necessary to complete it
- Ensure all graphics match the proof on the job ticket
- Accurately log time on all orders using our shop floor data collection software
- Ensure orders are produced accurately to job specifications and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise
- Ensure optimal production levels of assigned equipment
- Demonstrate reliability through attendance and punctuality
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Be flexible and willing to work in different departments when needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or advanced technical school training
- Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting and reading a ruler
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to regularly lift 50–60 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and all levels of management
